Terms and Conditions:

 

1. IF ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE PARTY OR LIVING IN THE HOUSE HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 IN THE 10 DAYS LEADING UP TO THE PARTY DATE, OR DISPLAYING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR BEEN ASKED TO SELF ISOLATE / WAITING ON COVID TEST RESULTS, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE CAN REARRANGE THE PARTY FREE OF CHARGE.  

 

ALSO, IF EITHER MYSELF OR ANY STAFF MEMBERS ARE DISPLAYING ANY SYMPTOMS, HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR BEEN ASKED TO SELF ISOLATE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PARTY DATE, WE WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO POSTPONE THE PARTY.

 

1. A completed booking form must be returned and a security deposit of £30 must be paid to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The £30 security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days after your party once all items have been checked for any damages.

2. The remaining balance must be paid either before the day of the party or on arrival.  

3. A £50 deposit is required for wedding bookings.  The £50 deposit will be refunded after all items are collected and checked. 

4. For weddings- the full amount must be payable 4 weeks before the wedding date. 

5. Hire price includes delivery and set up within a 15-mile radius of Portadown, Co. Armagh. An additional mileage fee of 50p per mile will apply for parties outside of this radius.

6. We, Treasured TeepeesNI Ltd will arrange a suitable set up time and we must have someone at the party venue at all times during our set up and removal. We ask that you check everything before we leave you.

7. No set up will start until payment has been completed and someone age 18+ MUST be present in the home/venue during set-up.

8. The booking includes one overnight hire.  Further nights can be booked for an additional cost.  Please discuss this with us, we will be happy to help you if we can.

9. Adequate space must be available for the single teepees/mattresses. Approx 110-120 cm wide and 185cm length is required for each single teepee and mattress.  Treasured TeepeesNI will not be able to set up if there is inadequate space available.

10. Please do not move/relocate any of the equipment once we leave. 

11. The teepee tents are for indoor use only- they are not waterproof.

12. The host/hostess is responsible for all the hire equipment while in their care, this includes at external venues, including weddings.

13. We realise sometimes things do get damaged, soiled or broken.  We kindly ask that you inform us of any damages.  All damages will be paid for in agreement with Treasured TeepeesNI Ltd.

14. We, Treasured TeepeesNI will arrange a suitable collection time and will check all products before we leave your house/party venue.

15. The teepees are not suitable for children under 3.  

16. Smoking, including vapes are not permitted in or around the teepees at any time.

17. No candles with flames are permitted in or around the teepees at any time.  We provide battery lit candles/fairy lights for every party.

18. Regarding Data Protection- under GDPR law, we may ask your permission to retain any relevant data or photographs and will ask your written permission in advance to use photographs for media/publicity purposes.  You do not have to agree to this if you do not wish to. Please note: We will not pass on any information to any third parties.

19. Treasured TeepeesNI is not liable for any personal injury, death or any damage to the property however caused. NB: Unless it can be proven that any injury/damage was caused by faulty equipment, materials, workmanship or indeed any negligence on the part of Treasured TeepeesNI.

20. In the unlikely event- Treasured TeepeesNI cannot accept any liability or responsibility for losses or other costs incurred as a result of: fire, flood, storms or natural disasters (Acts of God) sabotage, acts of terrorism, wars, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, failure in the transportation of equipment or in the provision of services.

21. In the unlikely event of Treasured TeepeesNI having to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.  Treasured TeepeesNI reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.

22. If you, the hirer needs to postpone the booking, we, Treasured TeepeesNI will do our very best to arrange another suitable date.  This will obviously depend on availability.

23. If you, the hirer needs to amend your booking requirements, no cost will occur up until 48 hours before the agreed set up time. If it is less than 48 hours before the agreed set up time- we will unfortunately need to charge for the original amount quoted as we will have everything ready for the party.
